Firefighters in Warwickshire are going on strike for four hours from noon today (Wednesday).
Members of the Fire Brigades Union are taking part in national industrial action in a dispute over pensions and the union’s Warwickshire branch secretary Marcus Giles says he is expecting a “good turnout”.
Warwickshire County Council, which manages the service, said contingency measures are in place and the 999 service will still be operating as normal.
