Redirect HS2 through Clarendon Square?
He lives, I notice, in Clarendon Square. Perhaps I will write to the Department of Transport suggesting that the route would be much improved if it went slap bang through Napoleon III’s house.
Why not? Napoleon III is dead and only a “few” people live in Clarendon Square.
