Kenilworth Artist selected for Royal Birmingham Society of Artists exhibition
Both paintings are in oil paint and show a particular interest in the way light catches the subjects.
One is a landscape entitled “Early Light Lower Ladyes Hill”, a street scene familiar to Kenilworth residents.

The second selected painting is “Are They Asleep?” and is a commission of three siblings contentedly snuggled up together, but not asleep.
During the 'lockdown pause', it was possible to physically visit the exhibition at the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists Gallery, 4 Brook Street, At Paul’s Square in Birmingham's historic jewellery quarter.
Now the whole exhibition is available to view online at rbsa.org.uk, in first name order, and any opportunities to view in person will be posted here.
The most noticeable difference between the real and virtual exhibition is the variety in scale of the exhibits.
